Case is white, I can see the level lines on the case but can't see the electrolyte, it's too clean or the case is not translucent enough.

ICE will also run when the engine is cold, so it could start up when driving out of the garage next day if reversed in.
Possibly something/someone hit it while it was parked. :(
Mine seems to only slow down if a car pulls in front then brakes or slows down quickly.
