Actually, I do find it harder to get out of, but I'd just got used to the Prius+ (V) which is much taller.
Whether it's ugly or not, it gets quite a few second glances. Personally I think it's very modern looking.

It's difficult to damage the 17" alloy wheels, the tyres have rim protectors on them that stick out. I guess you may not be able to mount the 15"...
