Fidelity is owned by the same company that owns Southeast Toyota (Jim Moran), so it's no surprise they push it over the Toyota warranties.
Not necessary with modern auto paints. It's a holdover from a long time ago.

Check the tire tread in relation to the wear bars. If the tread is flush with the wear bars, time for new tires.
I assume you're referring to the aux input. It's a mini-stereo (3.5MM) jack.
