fixed the cause is that i have the EV200 contactors closed when i start the prius so there was arcing on the oem relays and so it welded i...
found the problem and in t he mean time shut closed one more oem relay!!!! GOTDAMMIDDDD for real!!!!!!! so i am off and busy replacing yet...
