Ended up getting the $6 one mentioned here. I love it, No change in reception from what I can tell and so much better looking than the long one.
My 07 has this same oxidation on just the rear spoiler. I have just left it be for now and am keeping an eye out for a deal on the touring spoiler...

No worries. I ended up getting a complete carpet set on eBay. Never had any luck finding a driver side only. Found passenger multiple times lol
