Checked OBD and it is reading 12+volts. Also, checked my connecting cable by connecting it up to my wife's Prius. It is also working fine.
12v looks good. Was just replaced and registering 12.71. Fusible link was just replaced as well and shows nothing broken.
My guess is the engine ECM since Techstream is not connecting. Could this be it?
