FWIW.......This would be my guess......had "Deer/Strike" damage on my wife's Gen. 3.......body repair shop did NOT use OEM headlamp assy....

No, I do not......wish I did........what I do know is, she (elderly widow lady) had taken the car to the Toyota dealer for scheduled maintenance...
FWIW.......my neighbor has a 2016 (Gen 4) that had the entire harness replaced for this reason......
