Which mode are you using? I use SAT, and I don't have this problem. I drove from PA to FL last spring without this issue.

When I first got my dice unit, the iPod shut off when I turned off the car. I changed something I suppose, because it doesn't do it anymore....
I had the same problem; just remember to turn off the stereo before you get out of the car and it will pick up where it left off when you turn it...
If by "supported" you mean integrated in to the display, then yes. However, you can plug a Zune, etc. into the Aux. input that you add with a DICE.
