With newpriusbatteries (@2k1Toaster here) you get a kit of new cells for $1600 delivered in the US. That basically gives you a new battery. The link is in my signature. Anybody rebuilding batteries just puts not yet filed used modules into the pack. New OEM modules are only available by purchasing a pack from a Toyota dealer.
