Question on driving with a dead 12 volt battery. Up too 15 miles a hour my generation 3 2015 will then start the ice engine . But with a dead 12 volt battery then what ? Are yu stuck still driving at 15 miles a hour ?
the 12v doesn't start the engine, the hybrid battery does. it just boots the computers and closes relays when you press the power button. when the car is 'ready', the inverter does that job, and the 12v can die while you're driving, no problem until you shut it down and try to start again.
