I found that jacking the seats to the highest vertical position helps the most with back problems. I no longer need any lumbar support. I'm almost 6 feet, but there's still plenty of head room. This also requires sliding it back as far as it will go. When the driver seat is in the default position, it is hard on the back. Unfortunately, the passenger seat is not vertically adjustable in the II. I agree about the polarized sunglasses. I had to switch to regular because of the inconsistent polarization of the LCD displays.
