$2000 factory incentive on 2008s?

The reason that I ask is that I am still on the wait list and would like to know if there is in fact a $2000 factory incentive, or whatever it's called, here in the Toyota Southeast Region. I may be able to use that knowledge to negotiate final price. I looked on Toyota.com but only saw the $500.00 military incentive which expires 03/31/2009, and the $1500.00 tax credit has long expired. Thank you in advance for any clarification. I'm somewhere in the top ten on the list. 11th before last allocation.
