My car recently began displaying an "unable to Read DVD" error message on the Nav screen. Before I invest $$ with my dealer, I wanted to see if this could possible be something as simple as cleaning the DVD drive with a cleaning disc. Anyone else ever experience this error?

The dealer replaced the whole unit under the seat (took 1 week to come in) then I had to wait another week since they forgot that since the DVD would not eject, they had to order that part also. Hopefully you are still in warranty. - Tom
