I have a 2005 JBL stock sound system. Over 2 days there was some msg that looped every 10 seconds or so, then on the 3rd day driving to work, as it was driving me crazy with the looping msg. A big single very loud POP out of the speakers and it all died. no radio, cd, no ejecting the cd, seems like no power to it at all. I checked both fuses, which were all good. Does anybody have any ideas, or have experienced this or heard about this phenomenon? Any help would be appreciated, maybe ways to diagnose it. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
