My wife’s 2009 has an Audio issue. Where everything appears to be working however there is no sound. Turning the volume button or pressing the steering wheel buttons has no effect on screen or otherwise, going to the Audio/Sound screen has no effect other than registering a touch, volume buttons on steering wheel, power, but no sound. By chance, while driving it came on and surprised us the other day, and not a sound since. Where do I start my search for sound? In the dash or under the passenger seat? iPhone ?
Hello Paul. I guess it's fixed by now? I had the same no audio problem. 30amp audiofuse had blow. Short circuit in component (zenerdiode) in Under seat JBL box was the problem. Remove (and later replace) fixed it.
