2011 Prius P0303 cylinder misfire

    Stop driving the car immediately.
    Really.
    Water does not compress well.
    You're safer corresponding with a Nigerian pen-pal than you are with driving a Prius with the death rattle.
    Replace the head gasket.
    Fix the problem(s) that caused the HG failure (EGR and maybe throttle body.)
    Drive another 100,000 miles.

    If you cannot DIY these things you're going to have to do a cost benefit analysis on having it repaired versus dumping the car for another one. If you decide to go the repair route definitely stay far away from a dealership.
    There HAS to be a reputable wrench near the beltway that knows Priuses.

    Bio says it's a 2011.
    Symptoms suggest it's between 175-225k miles.
    Maybe a wee bit more if the OCI was 10k instead of 5k.
