2016 2 Eco Misfiring

Hi all, I have a 2016 with 250k. Today after Ive been driving for awhile it started missing on acceleration but theres no check engine light. Coolant is full, plugs look good. Seems to drive okay when its cold. I have a spare EGR system from my 2010 4th gen swap. I was just going to swap that over and see what happens. But i know these dont typically go bad on the 4th gen. Also it looks difficult do to the inverter being in the way. Any suggestions on what it could be? Thanks in advance.
