5 adults for a long trip

Wait listening to Rush L in a Prius with his dirty mouth. That is hilarious LOL. Rush has gone on many a rant against the Prius and what it represents. That is the problem in history when popular people stand in the way of progress for all to gather Political and Financial Clout. If Rush was smart he would leave the Prius alone since it benefits all regardless of Political persuasion.

 

I was going to recommended several stiff drinks before getting in. Of course NOT as the driver. LOL

 

Just make sure you time your trip so that you have lunch/dinner at Harris Ranch (I'm assuming you are taking I5). If you are taking the 101, you might be considered crazy. However, time your trip so that you will eat lunch/dinner at Jocko's in Nipomo.

You gotta eat, so make sure you are eating at the right place(s).

I think JMD's trip was in December, but I aree with the suggestion of stopping at Harris Ranch. Great food, and you can get fresh bakery goodies for the road. I usually try to time it between regular mealtimes, to avoid the tour buses. For the uninitiated, it is at the exit for Hwy 198 to Visalia, IIRC.

 

Should have added, they also have great breakfasts!!
