I havent driven a vehicle without Sirius incorporated into it since like year 1999...lol. The 2007 Level 2 Prius Im picking up today has the JBL 6 disc changer and the AM/SAT button. How hard/expensive is it to add Sirius/XM? Any tips or recommendations?
I thought that it was quite expensive to add the factory adapter. I ended up purchasing a Audiovox XPress car kit and installing it on the shelf below the factory system. I ran the audio out from the XPress to the auxiliary input jack in the center console. I initially took this approach to see if I really liked XM before spending lots of dough. In the end, I was happy with this set-up.
