Would having the rear hatch blocked by the tonneau cover reduce cooling demand placed upon the A/C? And what about the impact, if any, on its trapping (or reducing) heat if parked under the sun too long?
My guess is it would have less square feet to cool. I leave it covered. Every day or so, I get something out of the hatch and uncover it for a while. The ac is not as quick cooling as in other cars I have had.
