Like Wolfman said, have the police take a paint sample. That is strong proof. That's how they determine who hits their cars, someone in my graduating class in college got sued for hit and run of a police vehicle when they found her paint on a cop car and a scratch on her car to match where the vehicles hit. I hear it was an ugly situation. Concrete pole my foot. Sue them for hit and run!!!!
