Hi all, I am new to the forum, but have searched through it as much as I've could - still haven't found anything so here's a few questions. I own a European 2005 Prius with the 6-CD+Tape JBL-thingy. Does someone have specs for the cables that goes to the stereo? I am going to plug in a "Double DIN" DVD and I've found a bracket that I believe I can use. However - I understand that there are some additional wiring I have to do to keep the air-con, but also - what about the wiring to the steering wheel? The DVD I have is for a RAV4 (Chinese after-market), but from what I understand it would fit "perfectly" with just a few modifications. So - anyone have specs for ALL cables that I will find behind the radio? And also - how DEEP can a DVD/Radio be? The one I have is approx 160mm, and then add to that the cables/etc. Will that fit? I don't want to pry apart the Prius and look myself, since it seems to be a pretty time-consuming job, so I'm saving that for the installation itself. Thanks all for reading/answering. / Penguin

Yes, thanks! I've been looking a bit on that site, but not yet payed to login. I'll do that though. However, I searched a bit more in the forum and "someone" had placed a RAV4 DVD-unit in the Prius and got it to work (also getting the steering wheel connectors to work), so maybe I'll just try and see what happens. Anyone that have mounted aftermarket stuff in the 2005 Prius and can let me know what to expect? / Penguin
