Beep when braking

    Found a video that matches the sound and it seems to be Brake Booster. Taking it to dealer tomorrow for diagnostic.
    Bought this car two days ago and love it (my 2005 was totaled in a rear end accident 3 weeks ago).
    If this is a major repair I'll be devastated.

    that'ss just the fluid pump filling the accumulator, don't waste your money.

    Ur trunk prob isn't fully closed. Most often because u have a full size spare pushing up the deck

    Just heard from Toyota service dept...
    Accumulator (nitrogen tank) and Master Cylinder need replacement

    For me had "when braking, all the warning lights would flash on, then off immediately", trying to investigate also noticed an (apparently normal) whining noise passenger side of the engine bay (not the whining noise of the inverter cooling pump, which is on the driver side). Somewhere said whining might be the "oil pump" which reminded me to check oil level, which turned out to be way lower than a quart low...not your problem but thought I'd mention it in case it helped anybody :)
