Yesterday my wife's 2006 Prius lost all of its phone information, BT pairing, contacts, etc. I tried re-pairing with both of her phones (work and personal) and neither phone will pair. Often the phone doesn't ever recognize the "Hands Free" device (the Prius), if it does then entering the passcode immediately causes a failure on one phone, on the other it says "Connecting" but never achieves a connection. I've read all of the posts I could find on Bluetooth issues, I found one other dead thread describing this sort of issue but there's been no activity on it for two years. Has anyone had to replace the Bluetooth module on the Prius? Or is there some sort of "reset" procedure? Thanks!
