Well, it's done! I haven't driven it myself yet, but my wife drove it home and said it's back to normal. And no more surging/pulsing when slowly rolling forward according to her (I'll verify this weekend). 100% paid by Toyota, thank you guys again I really sincerely appreciate the tips about Toyota paying for these!
