you're not going to get a 2015 v for ten grande. stop over at hybrid fix or santa monica hybrid and ask the owners advice. you'll probably be taking it there for repairs.

Lack of current DIY ability makes a Gen2 (2004-2009) a very pricey gamble, especially if you buy a high mileage one. Oil consumption can NOT be avoided for the Gen2; they all consume. Owners who never check the engine oil level with any regularity, will likely have engine damage b/c they only took action after getting warning lights. Also, an engine that consumes a lot of oil will have a catalytic converter that dies an early death. Only cure for this is a new catalytic converter and essentially and engine rebuild (to address the high oil consumption). Better to get a vagon.
