In 2020 when many places shut down, the air quality in parts of India miraculously became clear. No more brown soup for air. But I don’t know how a plaintiff wins when the knowing was still based on future predictions, not certainties. If they win, after the delay tactics and appeals, good, taxpayers get reimbursed a smidgen.

 

Sometimes if you can show can show their own people were making the same predictions and seeing the same outcomes, and publicly saying otherwise, for decades, you can have a case.
