Cant decide between 2010 Prius IV or V

I would think about the option of the sunroof, but for me, its a big NO. I have had a sunroof in all of my past many cars and very rarely actually use it. I live in Florida and it is often to hot or raining to use it and the other times I just don't remember. Also, I have heard that the solar roof is more of a gimmick, and that it does not actually cool the car down. On the other hand, I would surely use the 17 inch wheels ( I have 19's on my M45 now) and the LED headlights are great. There is no question that I would go with the level V.
