CD Info

    When i play a cd no info comes up on the screen IE album name, play list it's all blank any ideas on how to fix it.

    maybe your cd has no cd info on it
    or
    the vehicles speed is more then 7mph

    CDs that have CD-Text will have text displayed, no matter how fast the car is traveling. CDs without CD-text (most of them don't) will not have any text to display, no matter how slow you drive.

    there are two kinds of text that the prius will display... one is cd text for audio cds , and the other are those mp3 tags. mp3 tags are completely blank if there is no tag or if the vehicle is in motion. normally the button for reading the full mp3 tag is greyed out too
    never tried an audio cd without cd info yet.

    both of these can be added fairly easily with itunes, if you have a cd burner and its a free download
