Hi! Sorry-- new here and my 2005 Prius is new to me. I have the JBL + CD changer setup. I really want to install some aux or preferably usb-in so I can play music/podcasts from my iPhone, but I'm confused by all the options/configurations. Please help me! What product should I buy? Will I plug it in somewhere behind the dash or into the JBL unit beneath the passenger seat? Any guidance is much appreciated. I've read a bunch of threads here related to this but can't make heads or tails of it.
Since the car is new to you, have you checked inside the center console to see if you already have an aux-input? I thought it came standard with the JBL systems, but maybe only in later years. Never hurts to check before digging into a project that may not be necessary. dave
