yep, some people just seem to think their cars are designed to handle anything. maybe it's the advertising?
Just came home 87mi in blizzard. What was supposed to be 1.5hr drive took double. 5 lane interstate shut down to 2 lanes, ice, dark, bunch of cars in the ditch. 1st time in 20 years wishing for winter tires.
My Persona with to the stock 17's with NO bracing add ons handles just fine, even when pushed a little in the corners. 17's make a big diff. In the handling dept. And mind you I used to own a plethora of sporty cars and turbo hatchbacks and most recently a Charger RT. Unless you plan on doing autocross, 17's will firm up the ride some and help the handling. Oh and the softex is real nice. I can't complain about it at all... I wouldn't mind a little lumbar support though...
because the non driving nice person clown who bought it thought 4wd would make up for their lack of driving skills.
