I never really considered it "working out", but I do play a minimum of 27 holes of golf 6 days a week (9 holes to warm up, followed by 18 holes for stakes). I also go to the driving range and hit anywhere from 100 to 200 balls at least 4 days per week. I'm in 3 different golf leagues per week and one of them is a walking league.
200 crunches and 200 bicycle sit ups, upper body weight lifting (30 min), 70 minutes on the elliptical. Will repeat the sit-ups and about 45 minutes of cardio at lunch.
