This week I was entering a destination in my navigation system. It was one that I had used before, so I was prepared to find it listed in previous destinations. However, I found that all of my old destinations had been deleted. Since then, subsequent new destinations remain in the "previous" category, but all of the older ones are gone (I find it handy to recall a destination from the previous list rather than having to re-enter it). All of the locations designated by "mark" remain. Is there a reason that they would disappear?
Any chance you had the Prius in for service? I've had the dealer delete that sort of information by doing an update to the code or something of the sort. Tom
You can delete previous destinations. Maybe you deleted them all by mistake. DO NOT use the voice command, "Delete all destinations" as I did. I wanted to delete the two destinations I had during a trip but I wiped out all previous destinations, including my Home setting.
The car was not in for service. Nor did I delete any destinations; I didn't do anything at all. They just disappeared! Except my home setting was still there, and the last destinations that I had in the five presets were still there.
Haven't had that problem yet, but yesterday I decided to remove some from the previous destinations. When I removed an address from my previous destinations it also removed it from my memory destinations if it was the same destination.

I use the "delete all destinations" voice command all the time and it has yet to clear any of my programmed/previous destinations. All it seems to do is delete all/any destinations currently set in your queue for the trip. It drives me crazy though -- they use the word "delete" like they do in Star Trek (to remove), rather than how most computer users think of the command (to erase/destroy -- usually permanently).
Also worth noting is ....if you select "delete personal data" on the sreen setting screen (where you set the color to green/orange), that will get rid of previous points also. Maybe you guys had pushed that.
To delete previous destinations: Press the Menu button, touch the icon My Places, and at the bottom of the next screen touch Delete Previous Points. This is in my 2007 Gen II Prius with the 2012 version of the firmware.
