I got "super jumbo" size sunshades for about $10 at Wal-Mart when I got my car. They're the wired kind that spring open and then you twist them to coil them back up. If you use them the long way instead of the wide way, they go from the base of the windshield to the sun visor--you don't even have to flip the visor to keep them in place!
