Do you loose CD changer in 2005 with DICE Silverline?

I have a 2005 Prius with the premium JBL sound, 6 CD changer/cassette and NAV. The Dice ad on PriusChat suggests that I do not loose the CD changer with the Silverline install. Can anyone confirm this is true? I've searched PriusChat and read all the posts - half of them say you don't loose the CD changer and half of them say you do (?!)
