Electrical Problems with 2010 Prius?

    This is correct. Pressing harder restores braking force, but at this point it will be friction braking. Once regeneration has been dropped, the driver needs to come off the brakes and reapply braking pressure to restore regeneration.

    I think this happens because you forgot to set off the interior lights.

    The interior lights will drain the 12V battery. So it's a human error, don't blame the car.
