Engine shaking badly at startup

Thanks for this information. Mine seems to be addressed in the T-SB above. It's been around 11 months but it'll be extra cold this upcoming week (cold in this city is in the low 30's/high 20's F). Hopefully I'll avoid the loud engine noises during warm up.

 

Cleaned around 90k miles and was told that it wasn't dirty, but it was good to have done as a precaution.

 

Intake manifold EGR passages done as well? Those guys should know their stuff, probably did it, but...

DIY cleaning really "turns on the house lights" BTW.
