Just saw a posting by Wayne in the YG. Apparently with the help of a European owner who did some circuit tracing, they've figured out how to reactivate the EV mode switch that's missing on ours! Eeeexcellent! (Granted, he says it's a little tricky, and involves a minor alteration to the high-voltage ECU), but apparently he's working on documenting it, and once he's convinced that it's safe to do without destroying the engine, he'll release the details. There is the usual caveat though that it may void your warantee, which may not be a smart idea... Dave.
