Exchange Nav DVD between Prius and RX-400

    I have a 2006 Lexus RX-400 with navigation and a brand new 2007 Prius with navigation. Does anyone know if the discs are interchangable? If the newer car has a newer software version then I might want the newer disc in the older car. Comments?
