Additionally, even if you get a used electrical or electronic module, they must be electronically paired to your particular vehicle, which only Tesla can do.

They have the arbitrary option to refuse, if you did not purchase the part from them and have their technician install it at your cost.

They are supposedly planning on making 40GWh per year with expandability up to 80GWh per year of their solid state batteries (comapred to Tesla's planned 100GWh per year with their cylindrical batteries).

Now comes the fun part - actual execution of this rather late project. Hopefully they can concentrate on reliability and accessibility so the charging system is seamless. Just wanted to post my initial thoughts after watching @jacktheripper's V3 sodium-ion battery announcement:


First, congrats to Jack and team for their hard work completely redesigning their product. Not quite at the finish line yet (release date "2024AUG"), but today's product announcement is certainly a huge hurdle.

Given that I don't yet have physical V3 hardware to review, for now my comments below are my own opinions based on statements made in the above video. The feedback I offer below is identical to the questions I would ask a co-worker during an internal engineering design review process:

After that, there is no movement, the engine is strong, when it warms up, I drive perfectly all day, no problems. When we connected it to the computer, we wrote p0452 code soFuel Pump Tank EVAP Pressure Sensor And could this be related to cleaning? Egr?
