I've got my 09 Prius in the shop getting hail dents fixed. My insurance put me in a Ford Focus compact rental, and the Serius satellite radio reception is sooo much better. The broadcast doesn't stop when I'm under a tree. I can even listen in my garage. Because my Prius reception has been weak since the first day, I thought that's just the way satellite radio is. I know there's an answer in here someplace, but I couldn't find it. Any ideas?
I recall people having issues with the reception, but I thought it was mostly the newer 2010s. There should be a thread or two about it here somewhere. After your car is returned, take it back and say the radio reception doesn't seem to be working.
