How about 2 bicycles and 2 scooters with 4 people in the car... done that. I bet I can fit 4 bikes in that little trunk... I collect bikes. I've been playing around with this truly unique folding bike from China. It folds up so small, it's amazing. Here it is compared to my British Brompton folding bike:
