I've talked about my Magellan2000 of which I am still happy with BUT was able to pick up the GarwinC340 for same price so HAD to compare. My problem is I cannot figure out how to connect the C340 to my ProClip. Any solutions someone has come up with? California law prohibits us from using the windshield.

The problem is that there are few aftermarket brackets that will fit the c3x0 series. The only one I know of is the RAM bracket. You can mount a RAM ball on your ProClip (both have AMPS hole patterns), then use a short (1") arm to connect the RAM ball and the RAM bracket.
