I searched the forums and there are zero results for "goodcar". Goodcar.com provides unlimited car reports for a period of time (like a month) for one fixed fee (just know that you are *subscribing* so you need to proactively cancel the subscription or you'll get charged again). Trustpilot rated this as 4.1 out of 5 (~5K reviews) so I went ahead and tried it out. It's a cheap car report service (and you get what you pay for). I'm just reporting on this forum to let everyone know. I'm posting here since this isn't Prius-specific info.

As a comparison, I looked up a car on eBay Motors (2014 Prius v) and then used their free AutoCheck car report as a comparison.
AutoCheck tells me the car has a minor accident/damage in 2022 (front impact with animal), which GoodCar did not find.
Also, AutoCheck has a service/repair history (which is VERY useful), while GoodCar only had a title record history (original title from 2014/2015). The service/repair history is also a good way to get a general confirmation/estimation of current mileage.

So if you're car shopping (and expect to comb through 10+ cars), *maybe* spend the ~$20 for GoodCar to check for major damage (salvage titles, etc). And then actually pay for a better car report for ones that pass GoodCar.
