Fixed camera locations pointing into public spaces - NOT your living room. o_O Weird how your OK with traffic cameras; something else that's fixed and pointed into public spaces???
You didn't answer which constitutional amendment it violates. So I'm done....
    The forever optimist. :p:D:LOL::ROFLMAO::whistle:
    1. It's usually buried in the disclosures that everyone "clicks" through
    2. Most people hook-up for remote monitoring, so they can remotely lock their doors or watch someone kick down their door when they are on vacation.;):rolleyes:o_O
    3. Only true if your tied in remotely as you indicated in #2. Yes they would need evidence not tied to the illegal surveillance to make it stick in court; otherwise it gets tossed. A good example is Hunter Biden. They never got him for Ukrainian pay-offs. I wonder how much money, man-power, and years spent on investigations - only to hang him on possession of a hand gun; since he's a felon. Even that was only on the word of a relative; I don't think they even recovered the actual gun. Pretty slim and slimy for all the resources wasted. IMHO

Bottom-line; yes it could be used to track people; but you can get much more accurate data by dropping an air-tag in their pocket or purse with much less work and transparency. o_O "Occam's razor" I believe Flock is a plate reader; who's to say the owner is the one driving the car when that plate reader snapped the picture?:ROFLMAO::whistle:

That isn’t fully accurate, yes in some cases public places like swimming pools

    https://share.google/gTGaxtj2KX8KUmsIe

but in others they really are pointing into backyards, at elevation towards 2nd story windows, school playgrounds and other nonsensical places, take a little google if you want examples

Ok (sort of) with local city or gov cameras at intersections that can be reviewed later for insurance purposes in case of accidents where there's otherwise no data collection or surveillance going on. They really don't have the time to watch and monitor everyone, trust me. But a private company with nothing better to do? Yeah big problem with that.

Google AI isn't showing it to me. And it is much better known for hallucinations inventing things that aren't, than for hiding things that are. It does mention HOAs putting up their own surveillance cameras, then not allowing residents access to them.

Back then, Hunter was mouse nuts compared to Jared, Ivanka, and DJTJr. The gap has only widened since.
He wasn't a felon when he purchased and possessed that handgun, just an illicit drug user. His felony convictions happened six years after.

SCOTUS has since removed one drug from that "guns & drugs together" prohibition, though not what Hunter was using.

Why bother with a detectable air-tag, when you and a certain of your allies can remotely plant undetectable spyware directly into people's phones? And collect a whole lot more than just location data?

These are not traffic enforcement cameras, so they don't care one whit about who was actually driving when the pictures were snapped. They are just looking for leads to find people's home, workplaces, and typical haunts, so ICE knows where to look.

How the public isn't storming buildings with pitchforks over this yet is beyond me. So now they are not just mounted on poles watching your car they are in pool houses and pointing into homes?:cautious:

Lately I've been exploring open-source number plate recognition. Nobody has asked me to sell them a data feed yet, but I'm open to the idea.

Eventually it's going to be a system on a chip in a free dashcam. You get the videos for yourself in exchange for doing numberplate recognition for somebody else.

It appears said site is either incomplete or doesn’t work.

Searching for a vehicle that was known definitely Flagged (frivolously I might add) in the past gets no results.

And it appears you get police following the car with the plate you search.

so if you want to pull a nice trick search other people’s plates to ensure they have a good time.

Do note that that site is based only on FOIA responses that have been submitted to it. So it includes only a small fraction of plates that law enforcement have searched for, which in turn is a tiny fraction of the plates that these cameras have actually recorded.

I may turn transgender if I click on Fox, it seems according to maga voices here it is what they are talking about. In any case, not giving a click to Fox, plus it is going to be a scam.

You lost me at google AI.
If flock cameras are indeed pointed into someone's yard, home, or workplace a simple certified letter to the company should remedy that issue. No company wants to be sued for invasion of privacy.

Use your head man.... This is why US citizens are major targets of phone scams......:(

Some local Fox broadcast stations don't seem nearly as bad as the national top-level corporate cable 'news' programming.

Not having cable, I don't see their national cable programming at home, so it is imposed on me only in some travel circumstances, such as hotel breakfast rooms. The local broadcast station here does have local news, but not the infamous headline opinion-aters who numerous people confuse as being news anchors, despite court filings claiming that reasonable people understand them to be entertainers, not reporters of fact. Those headliners are run only cable or streaming systems, not the public airwaves.
