Help with steering issue after pothole

Hi

I'm in Mexico, and the roads are very bad. I fell into a large pothole, and now the steering wheel pulls to the left, and many warnings are showing on the screen. I cannot go to a dealer because the closest one is 500 km away.

I took the car to a tire center for alignment, but they told me I first need to go to a shop to center the steering box.

I need your help on how to center it. I would like to know if the shop needs to have a scanner for the alignment, or if they can do it manually. I'm enclosing a picture of the dashboard panel.
