Help!

OP, live with the scratch. Let it be a reminder to your kids not to play around your car. The scratch is only cosmetic. It didn't hurt anything. If you pull the interior panels to the underside of that scratch, you can see that it's nothing. There's no mechanical damage. Having the scratch painted professionally would cost about $200-600. They would only sand it down to remove the scratch, patch if necessary and spot paint. They will not likely paint the whole fender.
Just wait for someone to hit you. You get a free repair out of it. It might take a few years but be patient.
