I went to Framingham, MA last week to visit some family. My uncle had just got a new Jeep Commander and couldn't get the Homelink working with his new garage door opener. I suspected that it was an issue with the rolling code. Since Homelink was already programmed, all I had to do was press the Homelink button, the 'learn' light flashed on the garage door opener, which I then pressed. The Homelink worked fine after that.
