How Prius detects a passenger/driver?

    Interesting...I always have c**p all over the seat and nothing sets it off until my purse falls back.

    When returning from a client site I put my laptop/bag and briefcase on the passenger seat,,,,,bingo, the light and bells came on. I put the same 'baggage' on the floor and no response.
    ie, I need to use email and memory sticks more. So much for the "paperless economy".
