How to charge my i-phone, Listen songs from Aux, Hands free calling

    Just bought a Prii 2005 .... so far Good...

    wondering How to charge my Apple Phone, Listen Songs and hands free calling solutions...
    Doesn't equipped with blue-tooth connectivity.... I need to Hack that...

    suggest me the possible & best solutions from your experiences..

    An iPod/AUX adapter is your best friend (the one that plugs into the back of the radio). I had a DICE iPod unit (it's no longer called DICE Electronics... I forget the new name).

    Handsfree calling can be done separately - something like a Jabra that can act as a bluetooth device and can be clipped to your sunvisor is one possible solution.

    I think DICE was bought by USA SPEC (but not sure). Anyway, I got a cheapie A2DP adapter (available from Amazon or eBay ~$50) and it is OK (plugs into the back of the stock radio). The adapters that plug into the back of the radio tend to give better sound than the even cheaper FM adapters. The cheapie unit is good, but the units from GROM, PAC Audio and USA SPEC are supposed to be much better (but cost ~$130+). Or, just replace the OEM radio with something newer (Crutchfield is very helpful and highly recommended.)

    We installed the GROM in our 05. It's working great with 0 connectivity issues thus far. My expert stereo guy only installs the GROM because the USA SPEC were falling regularly.
